總結:This paper details the grid integration of a novel cage induction generator design, TSCAOI. The novel induction generator generates a single phase output and at constant frequency electricity at varying rotor speed without an intermediate inverter. The technique uses one of the stator winding as the excitation while the remaining two, connected in series as the power winding. The excitation winding is powered by a voltage source inverter and control is carried out in the VSI. The control includes voltage synchronization with the grid and real and reactive power control of TSCAOI. Due to complex coupling and voltage imbalance, an alternative method dealing with the machine power factor, black box analysis of the output voltage and the corresponding angle of the real and reactive power was explored for the PQ control. To complete the simulation, a converter was designed at the excitation winding end. The simulation is presented and implemented in MATLAB/Simulink.
