Aiming at improving the rate of the spectrum utilization and the performance of system, D2D will be indexed in the future specification of LTE-A in R12. In this dissertation, we focus on the research about interference coordination and resource reuse of D2D system. Firstly, the problem about interference coordination and resource reuse of D2D system is introduced, and then the challenges brought by the interference that D2D communication reuses uplink resource of cellular users in the hybrid network is elaborated. D2D system could enhance cell throughput and increase spectrum utilization. An interference coordination strategy for D2D system is firstly introduced, and then a heuristic algorithm of reusing uplink selection for the single cell scenario is proposed. The innovation of this dissertation is using system interference as model objective and interference threshold as access constraint of D2D communications. This strategy could improve the system capacity, that is, more D2D pairs and less interference in the system. The strategy of D2D resource reuse and interference coordination is very important to guarantee the cellular communication quality. Such research would provide support for receiver, transmitter, frame structure, etc., which is very significant.
