It covers the life cycle of the Training Program that the author was fully involved in, the tasks completed and the soft skills gained during the 22 weeks. This internship has provided the author with a perfect mix of challenging but rewarding work, as well as being able to work with some awesome colleagues. Through exposure to the real life working environment, the author has been involved in intensive meetings, has to juggle multiple task simultaneously and meets tight deadlines.
