However, reports have shown that the awareness and usage of TCM among the younger generation in Singapore is still lacking. In this project, we aim to promote interest and understanding of TCM, particularly in the younger generation, to spread the health benefits of TCM. We also aim to promote the usage of TCM through providing better access to information on TCM clinics. This was achieved by building a website that included a health blog with bilingual and easily understandable TCM articles, as well as a list of TCM clinics and practitioners with their relevant information. A survey was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the website. 92% of the respondents felt the health articles increased their TCM knowledge and 93% felt it increased their interest in TCM. 95% of participants also indicated that the clinic listing was useful and 37% of the respondents acknowledged that the listing did help them find a TCM clinic that was suitable for them. Overall, the website was effective in promoting understanding and interest of TCM, and encouraging the use of TCM.
