Summary: | Laser is a form of white light source and it is costly. The setup is complex. Therefore, there is a need to find an alternative approach to generate white light source which is cheaper than Supercontinuum and will be brighter than traditional lamps. There are different methods to obtain white light source such as using Oxyhydrogen Flame.
In this project, the Oxyhydrogen (HHO) Generator will be used to generate oxyhydrogen gas and will be lighted up to create Oxyhydrogen Flame. The intensity of the Flame can be controlled using the Voltage, Current and Catalyst added in the solution. Optic Fiber will be heated and results will be observed. Experiment based on the different types of tuning will be done and the spectrum of the heated Optic Fiber will be observed using Spectrum Analyzer. Using an undisrupted Power Supply to power up the HHO Generator and the time taken for the gas to fill up a 1.5 litre bottle, the results can be known for the consistency flow of Oxyhydrogen that is generated from the HHO Generator. After the consistency of the gas flow is clarified, it will be lighted up to create Oxyhydrogen Flame.
The results are restricted by the Power Supply as it could not supply more current to the HHO Generator to increase it productivity of the oxyhydrogen gas. Therefore, it will be necessary to use a Power Supply which can supply more current to the HHO Generator. |
