Data exchange of bio-molecules for virtual reality modeling

A data exchange method to convert the tessellated bio-molecular model to VRML model in order to support internet, VR visualization and color rapid prototyping is discussed. The effort is aiming to develop a more effective data exchange system of bio-molecular structures.
