离散不仅是一种古老经验，更是当代的普遍现象。在 “全球化”发展的今天，疆土界限不断模糊，离散的普遍性已蔓延到世界的每个角落，意义也在不断的扩大与转变。由于切身的离散经验，白先勇对离散课题尤为关注。白氏的离散抒写已横跨一个世纪，不仅具有历史关怀，更构成当代离散的对话。本文，将以离散为研究课题，以白先勇不同时期的短篇小说为抽样，尝试归纳其跨越性的离散抒写。文章将从离散与家国、离散与性别、离散与文化认同三方面切入，结合东西方离散理论，包括霍尔、柯立佛、史书美、李有成等论述，以文本分析、个案研究、专题研究等方法，探讨白先勇的离散抒写。希望通过本文，能挖掘出白氏离散抒写积极、跨越性的一面。Diaspora is not only an old experience, but also a common phenomenon in contemporary society. In today’s globalised world, the territory boundaries continue to blur, the universality of Diaspora has spread to every corner of the world, the meaning of Diaspora is also constantly expanding and changing. Due to the personal experience, Bai Xianyong has a strong concern on Diaspora literature. His Diaspora writing does not only expressed the concern of history, but also form a dialogue of contemporary Diaspora experience. By using his short fiction stories as supporting evidence，this paper attempts to explore Bai Xianyong’s writing on Diaspora. This paper will explore the writing from three different dimensions, namely Diaspora and home-land, Diaspora and gender, Diaspora and cultural identity. The paper will also highlight Bai’s personal insights on the issues about Diaspora as well as the opinions he shares with the Western and Eastern thinker including Stuart Hall, James Clifford, Shih Shu Mei and Li Youcheng. Hope that through this article, we are able to discover the positive, cross-cutting side of Bai’s writing on Diaspora.
