“庖丁解牛”是一则关于养生的寓言故事，在故事的开端，庄子以音乐的形式描绘了终极的养生境界。然而，这种以音乐方式呈现养生境界并没有得到学界的关注，学者们往往把视线投放在庖丁解说他那超然技术的部分。因此，笔者借用了这种音乐与养生的关系，从音乐的角度来呈现“庖丁解牛”中的三个不同阶段的养生层次。本论文主要以“庖丁解牛”一文为研读对象，通过对庖丁解牛技术的分析，从而建构以形、心为基础，神为终极的养生模式，并结合音乐的使用，从而窥探音乐所呈现出的终极的养生境界。The story of Chef Ding tells a fable on cultivation. At the beginning of the story, Zhuangzi uses music to illustrate the highest level of cultivation. Despite this, the use of music to illustrate the highest level of cultivation is not well researched on; most research focuses on the excellent skill exhibited by Chef Ding. Hence, this paper hopes to explore the different levels of cultivation from the perspective of music. This paper will focus on the excellent skill of Chef Ding when dissecting the cow and attempt to reconstruct a model of cultivation with spirit as its ultimate level.
