Summary:This thesis focuses on how Supply Chain Operation Reference Model (SCOR), developed by the Supply Chain Council, can be used to analyze and improve supply chain processes of a company. The case study is based on a real multi-national computer manufacturer, which produces Unix servers and workstation in Singapore. The goal is to help the company to identify weakness of its current supply chain and to increase its delivery performance and customer service in the regions.
