Description
Summary:This work is primarily concerned with the development and application of computational hydrodynamic models for the solution of Unsteady Incompressible Navier-Stokes Equations for estimating the hydrodynamic forces and moments acting on submerged underwater rigid bodies. The work also uses the computational hydrodynamics model to address the prediction of the trajectory of a freely moving body by coupling the algorithm with a six-degrees-of-freedom dynamic model.
