| Summary: | Lack of communication between couples is one of the most common reasons of divorces and annulments. With the introduction of social media and advancement of technology, people are more inclined to build their personal portfolio online. This leads to a decrease in communication. The author argues that social media and technology can instead help brings couple closer. The author introduces an Android application where couples can use to send messages to each other. This application comes equip with sentiment analysis to help compute sentiment scores of each text message. Furthermore the application comes with a reminder system where the phone will alerts the couples if there is a lack of communication. The application connects to a servlet to send messages. Messages are then redirected to the recipients and also stored in the database for further learning. |
