This report aims to explain the phases of developing Health Q&A Interactive Search Engine using the Dynamic Ranking System. There are four phases: Research Phase, Evaluation Phase, Design Phase and Implementation Phase. This report discusses about the comparison of existing technologies which are evaluated and compared on performance in order to decide on the best technique supporting the Design Phase. Furthermore, this report explains the reason of the design system and software architecture applied for the whole project. At the end of the report, it includes the details of Implementation Phase in which containing the step-by-step on how the Search Engine works from receiving input to displaying output.
