Description
Summary:This project is on a workflow management system which aims to increase productivity by automating existing processes in a manufacturing shop floor. This is in line with the Singapore government’s effort in pushing for productivity which could be achieved by introducing technology and automation. The objective of this project is to monitor ongoing activities in the shop floor. From these activities, the efficiency and utilization of the machines could be determined and reported to the respective managers-in-charge. From the information provided to them, the managers will be able to make a more informed decision which would result in significant cost and time savings.
