Using Islamic Art elements, ‘Embrace’ strives to inspire interest in contemporary designs and patterns that can be appropriated into garments; that are exciting, charming and fun. These designs will be showcased through a publication and large format prints featuring the uniquely designed garments. This project hopes to encourage fellow plus sized ladies to dress comfortably and fashionably to increase their confidence. One should not be afraid to embrace their body shape and size by disguising them using less tasteful and appealing clothes.
