The project is a web complex designed for a minority language in Nepal, called Lamjung Yolmo, to preserve it's lexicon and popularise the local culture of it. The thesis is drafted to give a comprehensive introduction to the development process of the web portal complex. It includes a review of the current literature of different research fields including website and game development, followed by elaborations on the design and implementation of the web portals. In-depth design considerations and achievements will be discussed as well. Future works and recommendations are discussed in the last chapter of the thesis.
