Hence, there is a need to adapt webpages to different dimensions on all kinds of device. Web designers have acknowledged the change and have been adapting to this new age with more flexible web design, which will accommodate perfectly on different device screens. Although responsive web design (RWD) related technologies are still at the development stage, there are already many websites transforming into fluid layouts, which are lighter and user-friendlier for mobile device carriers. In this paper, it will explore the existing responsive frameworks as well as other properties from CSS3. An in depth study of how compatible is our current browsers and what are the challenges RWD have faced.
