In this project, the student will develop algorithms and design a graphic interface for object recognition and detection using a mobile platform, for example, enabling your mobile phone to recognize a logo, a book, a coach bag, etc. Then relevant information about the visual item will then be returned to the user, e.g., for a purchase. The students will have the opportunity to work with researchers and engineers from both NTU and Tencent at ROSE. |
