The aim of this project is to build up a live information dissemination system for online education. With the application of Joomla!, a live online education system has been built up. The system allows user to study, search, test online in a timely fashion, and also allow users to submit feedbacks. In this report, the concept of CMS and a series of web technologies will be introduced. And the implement of a dynamic, CMS based, administrator friendly website will be briefly described as well. A series of web technologies have been studied and assessed, which are then applied to make the system efficient, stable, and generic.
