In this project, a cost benefit analysis system is developed to calculate the cost and saving made from the implementation of advanced metering infrastructure. The system is developed using the software Microsoft Visual Studio. Simple graphical user interface using the windows form application from the software. Each cost and saving category is analyse individually and user is required to input the necessary value into the system. Database is created using Microsoft Access where valuable information regarding the project can be stored inside the database. The database is also linked to the system in order to obtain information. The system is able to display the fields stored inside the database for user to view. Finally, overall computation of the cost and saving is stored in the database for comparison with different brands and models. Conclusion is made at the end with regard to this project.
