Thus due to this there are increase of image retouching and enhancement applications. Digital art is an art form to create and stylize images. Cartoonization is an art form for image by reduction in image details. This can be done by generating uniform brighter colours and bolder edges to achieve to look cartoon like effects. Furthermore, the image processing techniques used will be region growing segmentation. This report focus on create cartoonization with the Matlab software using basic image processing techniques. |
