In another word, about 30 million people are unfortunately blind in the world because of congenital or acquired defects. Without the basic visual ability, blind people cannot or difficult to walk to a certain destination by themselves. Under this situation, we considered that if blind people can find the way with guide in a certain occasion, the guide doesn't come from a person but an intelligent device with RFID system. This RFID system is an indoor route-guide system for blind people to clearly find the way in a building without others' help. As the most useful and powerful guide system, it is designed to base on Android platform and the XT200 which is a multifunctional Bluetooth RFID device. The hardware consists of several parts which should be installed at first. This report aims to realize the software part of this system, which means an operation system with a driver that can identify the near tags by Bluetooth. When identification is done, the device will provide a specific route to destination and tell the user by voice. This navigation system may not solve the visual problems of visual disabilities, but it will be very helpful to provide convenience in some way. In longer term, this system may be proved quite useful, for outdoor guiding or automobile navigation.
