An Enbloc Sale implies that all proprietors of discrete units in a flat, townhouse or office, meeting up together to offer their properties for redevelopment purpose by a common developer. Enbloc Sale permits proprietors to offer their properties at a higher cost than the price they could obtain in the open business sector. This is because enbloc sale will consider development potential or the unused area in their properties into the land cost. Meanwhile, it also allows developers to utilize their purchased land / development’s potential. In this project, we will do the En-bloc investigation for Lakepoint Condominium. From there, we will more familiar about the process of Enbloc Sale.
