In this project, RFbeam ST200 Evaluation Kit was used to acquire and process Radar signals of RFbeam Transceivers. The ST200 supports Doppler, FMCW, FSK and Monopulse mode, it provides evaluation of shortrange radar signals, as well as signal analysis and logging. As the evaluation kit offers computer interface, once connected to PC it can serve as USB radar. The detected signal can be recorded in TDMS mode, in order to better process and analysis the signal, it’s required to convert the TDMS format to Matlab format. Hence the real-time analysis through Matlab program is yet to be implemented. From the version of Matlab 2014a, there is a new feature added in which is the Data Acquisition Toolbox, it is possible for the Matlab to control the RFbeam St200, and hence record signal and perform analysis at the same time.
