The purpose of this study was to investigate the case company's external and internal environments and the corresponding management it adopted. The entry and rapid growth of Chinese contractors in Singapore during the last decade has attracted the attention of the whole construction industry. Their main competitive advantages can be attributed to a high internal efficiency, including the availability of skilled manpower and competent management.
