In the Oil and Gas Industry, it is normal and common to have design engineering, fabrication to be located far from the actual installation site. The plan and actual application of this project management application for completed projects is studied. It is based upon the author's personal experience and direct involvement in the case study projects. A large content of the information is researched and derived from the author's Company solely for this dissertation use.
