Summary:The pharmacy system is a web base application to help the company using it to manage different pharmacy all around Singapore. This system shares a centralized database which made the data consistent throughout all pharmacy. This system would enable regular monitor from the management which would disseminate information or update to the different pharmacy all around Singapore. Having different pharmacy to be able to monitor their inventory, the pharmacy would be able to share their resource among themselves before the order for the item to arrive. The System is divided into two major sections, the management and pharmacy. The management system would enable the management to create the category, department, order transaction, pharmacy, product and staff. The pharmacy system is separated into different functionality which includes medication, product, and checks order status, ordering medication or product. Some automation checking is implemented into the system; this would allow better handling and management of the Pharmacy workflow. The system also includes a POS system which allows smooth transaction flow. This POS system would allow the pharmacy to monitor the sales of all different pharmacy system where it would provide the management the analysis of the overall summary of the different pharmacy. The POS would also facilitate the pharmacy daily sales. The POS system not only focuses on the sales of the pharmacy, it also monitors the number of customer and staff with graphic charts for easy analysis by the management level.
