These elderlies, being disconnected with their family, may experience loneliness and low morale. Apart from social emotional problems, elderlies would also face health issues that comes along with aging. One of the most common issues which leads to disability and dependency among older people is dementia. Research has shown that games help to maintain cognitive functions and is a suitable activity for elderlies to engage in. word-finding exercise shows promise in detecting symptoms of dementia with cognitive intervention emerging as therapeutic approach for dementia. This project aims to designs and proposes a word association game to stimulate their cognitive activities and provide entertainment for the elderlies. The game consist of word-association exercises, which takes the form of matching hints to a topic and guessing the link of words to a field of a topic. The "Associating" game requires players to identify the correct image among others which the hints correctly depicts whereas the “Link” game requires players to correctly form the link between the words and fields it belongs to.
