The analytical of data can be used to improve strategic area of the institution such as enrolment management, student success and faculty performance. In this project, a database application system for managing, analysing of faculty feedback data using quantitative approach and visualization of faculty feedback data was implemented and built as a desktop application. Analysing of faculty feedback serve as a measurement toward a faculty performance and can contribute to higher education success. This project was divided into a total of three phases which are project preparation phase, project design phase and project development and testing phase. All three phases will be covered in details across the first six chapters of this report. Several analytical features for analyzing of feedback data such as discovering of teaching trend by question, discover of individual performance over time and comparison features were provided in this application. It will be covered under Chapter 5 of this report.
