In addition to the staple elements of the fantastic, The Mountain’s Gift conveys more subtle themes such as innocence, ignorance and coming of age, countering the darker, grim visuals with the protagonist’s naiveté.
This report is a summary of the working progress on this project from its point of inception to the delivery of the final product, focusing on each stage of major creative initiative and decision making. It documents both pipeline work as well as the reception of the project at critique sessions to provide a wider view of the final product’s quality. |
