Description
Summary:In the rapidly changing world today, the need for adaptability proves to be more important than it has ever been. We need to be continually evolving and reinventing ourselves if we intend to remain relevant in today’s environment. While learning is important if we want to keep up, the ability to unlearn and relearn is what enables us to adapt. This research project seeks to understand how unlearning our habits and daily activities of the subconscious mind which constitutes 95% of our behaviour and intentionally relearning them in a new and different way can help to rewire our brains to position us to become more adaptable people, thereby increasing our creativity and inventiveness so as to keep up with the times and have a better and more successful life.
