| Summary: | Online learning system developed very fast in the recent year and it is really a convenience way for those who want to save time and money. They do not need to go to the actual classroom and spend a lot of money for the class and transportation fees. Even sometimes, student have some questions and they want to solve it very argent. Sometimes a student would like to do more exercise for the same type of questions, they may not have enough resources.
Because of a large number of potential users would like to use such a system. There is some existing online learning platform currently. Outstanding examples of online learning systems are Udemy, Coursera and Moodle. However, almost all of these systems strongly focus on programming languages and high level academic knowledge especially for university students and working people. That online learning system is not such user friendly for secondary school students and still lack of useful functions for secondary school students’ daily life.
With research of market demand, a web-based system was developed to provide a platform for student, teacher and administrator to do their own job in the system. Students can learn and do test online. After that also can book tuition session. Teachers can teach and conduct consultation online. The administrator can manage the whole structure of the system, approve tuition session, and access the database as well as other admin jobs. At the end of this project, a functional online learning system has been fully developed, it is also extendable for future use by other people. |
