It is necessary to search for alternative energy that is cost effective and clean to implement. In Singapore solar energy is one of them most promising form of clean energy that are available due to geographical location near the equator the island have expose to constant amount solar irradiance. Therefore it is necessary to investigate varies type of load profile in different type of building to have a better understand on the daily energy consumption. Studying the daily load data from public facilities can help to design or implement the correct sizing of photovoltaic system for each area. Although Singapore has relatively high level of solar influx throughout the year, the island is also surrounded by tropical season which can affect the total insolation. Studying the weather condition is a need as energy is dependence on the total solar insolation. The investigation will look into other form of clean energy such as elevator system generating energy for others areas.
