It is used almost in every area, no matter in engineering, business or education. Therefore, smart data dissemination and effective content management web application systems are extremely needed to deal with the high demanding user requirements. In this project, a smart data dissemination system, which is a smart event management system, was developed for any organizations or communities to create various events. All the design procedures of the project development cycle of this smart web application system are stated and explained specifically in this report. It consists of user requirements collection, analysis, system design, system testing, system implementation, and maintenance and user feedbacks. The overall introduction for smart data dissemination and effective content management of web application systems is discussed in Literature Review. These two parts directly decide a successful web-based information management system. As this is a web-based designed system, various modern web design tools and languages are learned and utilized for the project development. Front-end user-friendly interfaces with all necessary functions and back-end server with a smart database are programmed using different web programming languages. At the end of the report, project conclusions and future recommendations are made for further development.
