Description
Summary:This report describes how to control the distributed Energy Storage Systems (DESS) to solve Solar PV Intermittency problem. This project includes two parts: the main part is MATLAB simulation, it offers an elaboration of each part of circuit, explanation of the improvements step by step. And show the simulation results after each step to prove the correctness. The second part simply shows the power board prototype. In general, the final circuit should get stable power output, and if the load demand is higher or lower than generated power, which will cause the grid frequency changes, the DESS will adjust its power output to make sure the grid frequency go back to reference frequency value, to provide a high quality electricity power system.
