Description
Summary:This Project is the development of E-learning tool which is based on web page learning of different types of digital electronic circuit design: Web-based E-learning for Digital Electronics to provide the students with Enhanced and Effective method to learn and aim to have better understanding on the different topics of Digital Electronics. This development consists of five major phase: Project Initial phase, Project Design phase (web page), Project Implementation, Project Integration phase and Project Testing stage. The main development tool for this Web-Based E-learning Portal is Adobe Dreamweaver CS4. This software is the perfect tool for web designers, coders and application developers at all levels. Since Digital electronics covers a wide range of topics, it is impossible to deliver each and every single topic which related to Digital Electronics. Setting clear learning objectives for E-learning is a great tool for building the structure of these E-learning Portal contents. This project summarized the topics which are fundamental and effective for the users. The contents of the E-learning Portal will be presented in videos and at the end of the specific topics, relevant quizzed are added in order to test the users’ understanding upon the topics that they just learnt. This portal allows the users to access this Web-based E-learning Portal for Digital Electronics with their laptops and computers, as long as they are connected to the internet. However, for the web-page designer, it can only be access through NTU intranet since all these E-Learning contents need to embed on to the NTU school web page. This is the minor limitation for the web-page designer for this project.
