As virtual reality is becoming a thing nowadays and getting more well-known, this project decides to integrate gaming and exercise into a VR mobile game. The aim of this project is to make the users exercise while having fun. By creating a game that is uncommon in the current market using VR technology, users will sweat it out while playing the game, which will result in a healthier lifestyle. In this project, 3 different types of games were created and user trials were carried out to determine the preference of the majority users. The games were created by using Unity3D and placed into a smart phone. By using any VR devices such as Google Cardboard, the user would be able to experience an interactive stereoscopic experience in the world of virtual reality. In the end, the author concluded that VR exergames is useful for encourage people to exercise. Even though there were some limitations on the hardware and software, the games were still able to perform well most of the time.
