Summary:Smart Nation initiative was introduced in late 2014 and aim to use technology to improve our lifestyle. However, young adult in secondary school might not know about this initiative is or what programming is about. Whereas, this project aim to further educate young children on basic programming knowledge through the revamping and enhancement of the android application. MIT App Inventor will be used in this project for revamping and enhancing the current wireless remote controller. As it is a web-based builder with simple interface which is suitable for novice developers. After implementing, the result was positive as the current wireless remote controller user interface was revamped and additional features was added. New feature such as using sensor to control the movement of the robot and providing game feature was implemented. Lastly, this project also shown that even though the m3pi robot is small but it is very powerful and expandable.
