With the emerging technology, work processes are automated to save time, cost and for better efficiency. This automation is not only limited to industries, but can be used in learning instituted to improve students learning. This automation can be implemented in assessing student’s assignments which can be processed without human interactions. Hence, a new UML Use-Case assessment manager had been developed to allow students to submit their UML Use-Case Diagram assignments. This assessment manager will be will use EMGU CV to analysis the student’s submission and it will map out the detected components of the Use-Case Diagram. Beside processing he submissions by the students, the assessment manager also has a workbench, which provides Teaching Assistance (TA) or Professors a platform to verify/modify the assessment that the assessment manager has generated. The TA or prof can then output the report, which will be emailed to the students.
