This experiment then mainly deals with cutting of the leaf of various plant types at various positions to find out their regeneration capability. Regenerative features, such as formation of callus or significant increment of length were examined in this experiment and the relevant graphs or data were generated using MATLAB or recorded in this report. Overall, this report provides an insight into the comparison of the regeneration capability of these 4 main types of plants across evolution.
