A previous version of a report generator has already been developed and implemented for the Photonics Global Conference, but performance remained an issue. In addition to that, the layout of the different reports needs to be revamped to handle the increased cost. This report will present the solutions implemented to resolve the above mention issues that comes with automating reports for large conferences. The report will also examine the performance of the various methods used. The advantages and drawbacks to the different methods and a comparison between them will also be conducted and discussed. The challenges encountered and further recommendations for this application will be presented at the very end of the report.
