Design of an Arduino controlled fish tank
As fish keeping is not a simple task, there are several parameters that will affect the fish’s health. Aquarists that are busy or amateur aquarist might have a problem with adhering to so many parameters. This report will cover the parameters that are needed to keep the fishes healthy. And to impro...

As fish keeping is not a simple task, there are several parameters that will affect the fish’s health. Aquarists that are busy or amateur aquarist might have a problem with adhering to so many parameters.
This report will cover the parameters that are needed to keep the fishes healthy. And to improve the experience of fish keeping, we have created an automated system using an Arduino microcontroller. The system will automate operations like lighting, feeding and changing of water. Addition feature like adaptive music light show has been added to improve the aesthetics for user and voice communication to aid beginners in fish keeping.
As the system is done by a team of three, discussion on features will only be done for automated lighting and voice communication. A video of the fully functional prototype will also be included in the report. |
