The number of people using e-learning is gradually growing these couple of years. However, there are still few systems providing quality e-learning for Java Programming that can provide benefits such as practicing and online communication with one another. This project will be implemented on a Moodle which is a e-learning system for Java Programming. It will be adopted with assessments and various innovative technologies such as synchronous and asynchronous learning features. The system aids the students by involving them in the course through the learning process which includes having lectures notes on power point slides, quizzes, assignments, forums, student feedbacks and much more. Therefore, it serves as an effective and interactive platform to conducting e-learning lesson.
