總結: | A duopoly exists in the Mexican tobacco market, with two very big firms Cigatam and CLM monopolising the market. It would be difficult to enter a market with two big players deeply entrenched and consumers becomingly price-sensitive, unless a new entrant has a way to achieve economies of scale.
