Aside from that, one prevalent topic that has been around for decades is, the topic of weight loss. Weight loss in today’s culture is popularly known as reducing the overall body fat improving the aesthetics of individuals. Though a topic of controversy and debate amongst researchers and scientist, caloric deficit is still the epitome in achieving weight loss. The app developed for weight loss is made in a way that users are free from manually calculating their caloric needs for weight reduction as well as informing users the similarities successful diets share. Though the app proves to be sufficient in meeting the mentioned objective, it still can be improved further hinging on users’ review. Nevertheless, Android structure eases developers in making amendments to published apps in the Play Store. Hence, the app developed for weight loss is ever changing while caloric deficits stays as the crucial component in weight loss.
