The study of public opinion began in the field of sociology, and it usually based on the traditional media such as oral, newspapers, radio and newspaper. In recent years, the rapid development and popularization of the Internet, it has become a new medium of information dissemination, an important channel for people to exchange and access information and an important platform for Internet users to comment on social events, express their attitudes and emotions, and give an opinion. In order to realize the effective monitoring and control of the opinion and the establishment of the corresponding communication model, need to do some research on the opinion formation to understand the basic properties of the network topology and user behavior. Firstly, basing on topology structure on Internet, opinion formations are simulated on ER network, WS network and BA network. Secondly, basing on the idea of Weisbuch-Deffuant model particle interaction, the evolution rules of network public opinion are established based on the particularity of network public opinion and the heterogeneity of individual opinion acceptance in single layer social system. Moreover, study further on opinion formation in multilayer social system.
