The merger and purchase of enterprises, as an effective way to improve the efficiency of resources distribution, are producing great impact on market structure, industrial mix and the development of production forces as a whole. Being an important part of economic studies, they are drawing attention from various countries in the world. Though the development of Chinese industries up to date has laid a strong foundation for the realization of economic modernization, the in-depth contradictions resulting from the irrational industrial organization and market structure are influencing and restricting the improvement of economic efficiency and economic returns.
