Summary:This report provides readers with an overview of the economic policies, government structures, taxation policies and legal aspects in Egypt and Israel which may impact the carrying out of businesses in either of these two countries or both. It covers areas such as the government budget and economic policies to analyse their effects on parameters like inflation, unemployment, balance of payment, budget deficits and GDP growth. It also presents the current and near-future situations and issues in Egypt and Israel in terms of relevant impact to business in both countries. Where appropriate and relevant, comparisons and contrasts are made between the two countries, and the authors' comments, analyses, suggestions and opinions are presented.
