M2M (Machine-to-machine) systems are developing very fast nowadays, and they are
quite different from traditional H2H (Human-to-human) systems, which enable
machines or devices to collect signals, exchange information and share the data with
other machines and devices automatically to achieve certain goals without direct human
intervention. Therefore, traditional resource scheduling algorithms cannot meet the
needs of new M2M service transmission. LTE-A (Long Term Evolution Advanced) is
one of the most important mobile communication networks in modern society, and there
will be a flood of M2M terminals along with a wide range of businesses needed to join
link access mobile communication networks, therefore some collisions are inevitable
conflict between the businesses if we apply M2M to LTE-A directly. In this paper, the

M2MA-SA [1] to improve the throughput, and reduce the delay and packet loss
probability. Finally, we use MATLAB software to simulate and verify it.
