Summary: | It is well known that sleep plays an important role in the health of human beings. In the residential buildings, carbon dioxide concentration increasing have adverse effects on sleep quality, which may produce a series of serious diseases. At present, the household ventilation system is basically mechanical ventilation system while ERV(energy recovery ventilation) is not widespread. In this paper, it mainly explores the total heat recovery ventilation which is one kind of ERV, and its efficiency and performance are studied. In the process of the study, an experimental platform is set up to study the hardware part of the total heat recovery ventilation system, and then the data is collected by software, Finally, compared with the traditional mechanical ventilation system, the saved energy using total heat recovery ventilation can be calculated in this form. And under the conditions of high efficiency and low efficiency, the saved energy using high efficiency heat exchanger can be calculated. Then the effect of efficiency on energy can be clearly demonstrated. |
