In order to find out weight of the expectation and obligation in Chinese enterprises, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the real situation in China, we divided the expectation into five segments: expectation of achievement, expectation of job, expectation of relationship, expectation of benefit, expectation of welfare. According to Rousseau's psychological contract theory, we Divided the obligation into four segments: loyal, obedience, contribution, overtime.
